I always stay at this place. The staff helped my old parents with a sweet attitude. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Electric kettle, Cookware, Air conditioning. No pets or smoking. Coming back this weekend. No regrets!

I appreciated that everything was neat and the apartment itself was unique. Pleasant staff, TERRIFIC services. Rooms were bright, and I also could enjoy superb views over city.

The room was extremely spacious and complete with private terraces an added bonus, the sofa bed plus 3 toilet which available in apartment.

The location of the apartment is perfect, as it is close to nearby shops and conveniently situated in the historic center. It is also situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy reach of the bustling parts of town. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and well-equipped, with attention to detail and the needs of holidaymakers. The bedroom has a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the terraces, offering a fantastic view of the city. The beds are comfortable and the linen clean and fresh.

One downside is that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for individuals with knee issues.

Everything was brand-new. Had a quite comfortable stay. Appreciated the early check-in. The staff was affable all the time. The location was marvelous, at a moderate distance from Torre Giralda bell tower.

We had a great time staying close to the old city center, and the apartment was in a quiet location but still close to all the tourist attractions.

We got great value for our money at Apartamentos Diaber! The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view of the city from the private terraces. The location was perfect, right in the historic center but still quiet. The staff treated us warmly and communication was excellent.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. the welcome from the owner was really friendly and made me feel at home. the apartment itself was clean and stylish, with three bathrooms and two balconies. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in the master bedroom, which provided a shady spot to relax. the location was great, right next to Alameda de Hércules where I could easily rent a bicycle to explore the city. There was also a supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. the apartment was absolutely quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. I had a wonderful experience at Apartamentos Diaber Alberto Lista. Cons: Don’t have any issues at all.

The kitchen in our apartment was well-equipped, just like a mini MasterChef kitchen. We were able to cook up a storm and enjoy delicious meals every day.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops. The central courtyard and rooftop terrace provided wonderful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment.
